Type, scope and purpose of the collection of personal data

In order to protect the security of your data during transmission, we use encryption procedures (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS. Our web server is located in the datacenter at JessenLenz in Lübeck, Germany, and is secured by technical and organizational rules according to article 32 DSGVO. We have signed an order processing contract with JessenLenz in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO.

We collect, store or process data only for our own business purposes. Under no circumstances will we rent or sell your data or make it available to other unauthorised third parties. We will only pass on your data if you have instructed us to do so in written form.

We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We only store your personal data for the time necessary to achieve the stated purposes or in accordance with the various storage periods required by law. Job Offers

Our website serves a full list of vacancies in the "Job Offers" menu.

If you select one of the listed job ads, you will be forwarded to the job ad hosted by the application tracking system where you can apply directly.

The physical home of the processed application data is a data centre of Filoo GmbH, Hostingpartner of HR4YOU (SaaS application tracking system). HR4YOU and Filoo are certified according to ISO 27.001. The data is beeing managed by FEL-team in Kiel.

The order data processing is according to Art. 28 EU-DS-GVO between FEL GmbH and HR4YOU contractually signed and valid. Every RPO framework contract customer receives a contract for the compliant processing of order data in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, confirmed by FEL GmbH, as proof of compliance with the required legal regulations. The evidence according to article 28 EU-GDPR between HR4YOU and FEL GmbH is provided for inspection.

This data processing takes place on the basis of article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) GDPR, in conjunction with article 88 GDPR and § 26 BDSG.
